The room was clean and quiet, and the beds were comfortable. We chose this hotel because there were two separate beds. Its central location was very convenient for the town's restaurants shops and cafes and parking more or less next to our room We thought it was value for money, given the town of Carmel.

Clean, pleasant, super well located motel/standard hotel vibe. Not fancy but no gaps or issues, was perfect for a stay in town for an event.

We were very comfortable in our room (king suite with couch) and were very pleased to have a view of the ocean. We also appreciated the continental breakfast - a very nice touch. In addition, the rate was extremely reasonable. We look forward to staying at Carmel Inn and Suites again!

It was cozy and the location was very convenient to a lot of the restaurants and stores in Carmel. I loved the gardening around the motel. They gave us a continental breakfast at our doorstep. The water in the shower had good pressure and warmed up quickly. It was a nice and quiet place to stay.

The facility is located within walking distance of the shopping and dining area of Carmel. It is not a close walk to the beach, however, unless you really like to walk. But the beach is close. The room is comfortable and just the right size. It is not luxurious, nor is there any kind of view. But if you're out and about all the time, that is not important. There is a basic, cold breakfast set at the door every morning which will get you through until lunch. I definitely feel the accommodations are correctly priced.

I like the room design, so old world... spacious bathroom with nice and colorful toiletries... Breakfast in the basket reminded me of hotels in Glastonbury...boiled eggs and bread could have made it a complete breakfast...and they should be delivered earlier than 8 to 8:30..so close to bus stop, so going to Monterey is easy....the front desk people were so helpful and easy to deal with

Location is great. Free onsite parking super helpful. Cute picnic basket with breakfast left outside room every AM was a nice treat. Bed comfy, room clean, all creature comforts were there.

The service, location and employees were friendly, courteous and helpful with our questions. Continental breakfast outside our door each morning was so welcoming as well as delicious. The location was right near the happenings of the quaint town.
